SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order is placed, delivery details will be provided via email or phone. Tracking information will be sent by our logistics team from gemluxejewels@gmail.com once your order has been dispatched.
Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 8-10 business days.
If there is a potential delay in shipping, we will notify you with the updated timeline and delivery details.
In cases where an incorrect shipping address has been provided, resulting in a failed delivery, the order will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued. We will, however, make a second delivery attempt after confirming the correct address with you. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

For prepaid orders, if an incorrect address results in a failed delivery attempt, the order will be marked as complete, and no refund will be processed. A second delivery attempt will be made after confirming the correct address with the customer, who will cover any additional shipping fees.

Refunds and Returns:

Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive with a major defect. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at gemluxejewels@gmail.com. Be sure to include clear photos and a video of the defect, as claims without these cannot be accepted.

If a return is authorized and a refund is requested, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. No other types of return requests are allowed.
